Our philosophy

 

HEALTHY SLEEPING

LINN-SUI, from the symbol of the King (union of people with elective affinities), came about from the idea to produce and sell a line of bio-ecological furnishings that promote healthy sleeping.

LINN-SUI was set up in 1994 and has presented its label and its products in all the major Italian interior design shows.

LINN-SUI proposes a simple line of products for relaxing and resting as well as household accessories.

LINN-SUI has put together its experience in traditional futon materials, fabrics, layered, open faced cotton and latice and coconut sheeting with which all our padded products are made.
We also carry out ongoing research into new materials with an obviously bio-ecological stamp such as solid beech, deal, poplar and lime woods, natural wood stainers, non-toxic waxes without aliphatics in various colours and vegetable based fibres such as palm leaves, lidi, water hyacinth, plaited paper, etc .

LINN-SUI' s night zone proposals are completed with a large range of products: bedside tables, chests of drawers, wardrobes and rice paper lamps. They are all the result of in depth research that has led us to leave aside the easier, cheaper solutions currently on the market offered by industrial production methods, preferring the advantages of a “truly natural”, high quality product.

 

OBJECTS FROM AROUND THE WORLD

LINN-SUI imports objects and household accessories from many different countries.
The use of pure colour is an important element of our collections; from fuscia pink to red, from dark blue to azure, from yellow to purple, with patterns and unusual shapes that brighten up your home.

Every year LINN-SUI varies its collection of objects and accessories; many are produced in East Asian countries, encapsulating the fascination of their origins. We choose the best products that each country has to offer:

From India we import multicoloured rugs made from coconut, jute and recycled wool; curtains and bed covers in silk organza, cotton and raw silk.

From Northern Europe we import beautiful fabrics.
From the Philippines we import objects made out of mother of pearl leaf.
From North Vietnam the varnishes.
From Japan sushi sets, knives for tempera, ghisa teapots and rice paper lamps.
From Indonesia dark mahogany wood and lidi mats.

LINN-SUI's proposals for the home are completed by a large range of padded cotton products such as the neck roll, the zabuton, rolls, poufs and bed heads.
Our collection is the result of on going research in Italy and abroad that LINN-SUI carries out with the aim of producing innovative, high quality products.
